Amazing staff. They go above and beyond to provide outstanding service.
This CVS location at Target (Howard street) staff are wonderful, great customer service and pharmacist are knowledgeable. Kudos to Jacob and Joanna!
About 3 months ago my Dr. sent digital prescriptions to the CVS on Howard in Target. Once sent I get a copy from Nothshore Hosp. showing what was ordered. About 2-3 days later I get a text saying my Rx's are ready. I get there and 2 out of 5 are filled. BUT, some incompetent dumb employee transposed what the Dr. ordered from vials and syringes to pen needles which I've never used. This is ILLEGAL. Great people
This was a little weird. Normally the experience here is fine, but the people at the pharmacy stood there talking and wouldn't talk to me. They definitely saw me and glanced at me a few times but then went back to talking. They weren't doing anything else either. Just talking about what they were studying, leaning or sitting. After a few minutes I walked off. Just really weird. They could have been having a bad day.
