I love my CVS Store! The employees are friendly and knowledgeable!!
This CVS pharmacy is good. However, CVS WEBsite is beyond bad.. Difficult to use., riddled with errors. CVS pushes you to use online access that does not work!! Prescriptions disappear. Missing Rx from Oct 2024, talked to store, they say it is there, just does not show. Next month same thing. Had doctor rewrite Rx for another pharmacy. If logged into WEBsite, it offen crashes, can not login after crash Message "We can’t sign you in right now ...Sorry, we’re having some technical problems." Got there at 1:29 and they were closed for lunch for the drive-through for prescription pick up when you supposed to stay open until 130 learn how to run your drive-through or don’t have one at all. I will not change this review. I will make sure it stays one star permanently. Tell your management to fix their problem.
Today I went to the CVS in Eden Prairie to pick up an essential medication before leaving on a business trip. A staff member helped me kindly, updated my information, and was trying to assist. But when I questioned the price of the medication — which came up as $94.79 while GoodRx showed it should be $67 — the pharmacist, Mitch, stepped in and treated me in an extremely aggressive and disrespectful way.
