Horrible staff, very very rude, extremely long wait for your prescription and head pharmacist is a complete joke!! Don’t go here unless you wanna be over priced and treated like trash
They are slow understaffed and now in my opinion lie to there customers. I have been lied to 3 times today. I have been lied to about my medication when it would be avaliable 3 times since Dec 6 2018. had to call doctor my self to get things straight still not right.
RecommendedBurlesons CVS have the best Pharmacist! Mike got his Flu and Pnuemonia vaccines this morning in our vehicle! They are the Best!
Do not use this pharmacy ever unless you enjoy being on hold for 30 mins just to get your sick kids meds.
Absolutely horrible service. They had an issue with my husband's date of birth, I called our prescription service (which happens to be Caremark/CVS). Caremark called this CVS on his behalf to explain how they needed to correct the date of birth error; 25 minutes later this CVS hung up on Caremark twice and put the Caremark rep on hold to never return after she told the store to not put her on hold because she had already been hung up on twice. They were out of my prescription brand for birth control. They then switched it to the substitute off brand WITHOUT calling and/or notifying me and wrote it off as "well it's the same thing." This pig headed pharmacist obviously knows nothing about the woman body because I'm not throwing my body out of wack because you decided not to order more stock. I left and switched back to Walgreens immediately.
After I checkout, I left my cellphone on the counter. I went all the way home and realized I did not have it. I drove all the way back to CVS hoping it was still there. Thankfully the kind gentlemen who check me out kept the cellphone behind him as if he knew I was coming back to get it. Thank you for being honest and not taking it. Most appreciated. I wish I knew your name.
I had a prescription called in before noon, received an email alert immediately that needed me to send a picture of my insurance card, so went through their app to send it to them, thinking this is really neat, until I got to the store 6 hours later and find that the app. Did not give the information to the store, so complete waste of time. Told I will have to wait 20 minutes to 1 hour, really that is a 40 minute window...wow..back to Wal-Mart for me, at least when they say it will be ready it is.
This cvs needs either more pharmacy help or better training for the pharmacy employees. Constantly waiting in lines, and I have been on hold for 15 mins this morning! Absurd! I hate this pharmacy!
