Excellent customer service and great management team.
For the most part, great service. Yesterday it seemed the Rx register person was clueless. Then what was made known to me, it was her first day. OK, then I can understand that, she'll be awesome in a few days I told her. Nothing but smiles back in return.
I left for s two week trip with a new prescription for a brand name drug I must take daily. They filled my prescription with a generic they've given me before that did not work. My bad for not checking. Their bad for continuing to order s generic drug that is inferior. I returned the prescription today to get what I should have initially, and there was one clerk in front, and a pharmacist that couldn't help me. Just there to fill prescriptions. I am now on hold with the pharmacy for 1hr and 28mins while I'm writting this review. Unexceptable and this is not the first time! Both times they gave me the wrong medications. What do I do? This is so rediculous.
The Yorktown Plaza store is run by a complete FOOL!
I love this cvs! The staff are wonderful people and very helpful, too. You might have a wait at the pharmacy, depending on the time of day, but overall this is a well-run store :)
