I chose this CVS because the parking is easy and it's on my way home from my doctor. But after multiple awful experiences, I cannot use it again. For starters, they can never "find" my prescription in their system. Every time I go, I have to call my doctor from the pharmacy and confirm that they called it in and received confirmation it went through; only then do they somehow "find" it in their system. worst pharmacy ever, takes up to three hours to get prescriptions filled. Pharmacists are arrogant and think that because they are licensed pharmacists they are above having to provide even decent customer service they are incredibly rude. The staff never pick up the phone to answer customers questions.
