In the last year, this pharmacy has made multiple mistakes on my prescription. I've done everything I can to fix these mistakes over the course of five months with numerous phone calls to this pharmacy, CVS, CVS third party billing, and my health insurance company. The mistakes were never made right, and I've lost over $980 here. Never have medications and schedules for refills are all over the board and go days and days without meds it's crazy if someone gets sicker or dies can you sue?
The staff here is nothing short of phenomenal! They are always kind and caring and take time to help or answer questions. Thank you for all you do during crazy times CVS!
