I just went to CVS in Aliquippa store 4055 and Jen C. Was AMAZING! I haven’t had such great customer service in a very long time and I just truly appreciate her time and patience with me. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to spread the word of how wonderful she was. I tried calling 1-800-shopcvs and they’re closed. I will call Monday if I remember. I just know everyone always talks about bad experiences and I wanted your company to know I did have an awesome experience and I will be back :)
No matter when you call for your perscriptions, there is always an excuse. Haven't received them yet. ( 2 times I have had them say that and a min later they find them after telling them it was called in by 5.). Computers down? Dont know when they will get them fixed? Way to go CVS. You dont deserve a 1 star. People...dont go there if you need perscriptions. Don't look like i will get perscriptions i need for tonight.
I ordered photos and received a confirmation email for 12:17 pm, however when i got there at 12:47, i was informed that the photo printer had been down a few days!!!!!! So i didn't get my pictures when they were promised, next time ill take my business elsewhere. Photo prints are cheaper everywhere else anyway....I've also had problems paying bills there in the past
