I don't know why they even have a drive-thru because it's more like a sit at. Plus they lie about having what you need then lose your prescription. Every employee is incompetent.
They love to say a five minute wait and after waiting five minutes then they say only ten more. By the time I had my prescription in hand it’s well over forty minutes. This happens on a regular basis. I’d be more tolerant of this if the staff could be polite/professional. I will say Alicia is a great pharmacy tech and the only decent employee.
This pharmacy constantly screws up my wifes prescriptions. They very rarely can fill the entire prescription at once then they charge the copay more than once. The people are friendly but they drop the ball almost everytime.
This place constantly mixes up mine( 35 yr old) and my son's (7yr old) meds!! Hello !! My dose could kill my son! And don't get me started on how NOT one person knows how to count and they refer to the counting matching as "her" or "she" counted it! For over a yr they have shorted me my medication and I've complained to management and NOTHING is ever done. This will be my last time here!!
