The phone system to get to actually talk to someone is atrocious. But. That being said. The staff is very kind and patient and friendly. I had a problem with getting a script sorted for my daughter's medication and they were very patient and helpful the whole time. Even though I'm sure the constant back and forth calls were annoying. I've always had a pleasant experience dealing with the staff here. They rock.
The associates there in the pharmacy are very nice. They pretty much have it down pat any more!
I find the pharmacist and staff always kind and helpful.
I placed an order for my prescription and I normally receive a quantities of 4 packages. When I went home and opened it, I only had 3 even though the label said 4. I called the pharmacy right away and they said they’d look into it. They call back and said “well our photos show 4, double check you didn’t lose it.” I know I didn’t, I just opened the bag and counted 3 multiple times.
