I placed an order for my prescription and I normally receive a quantities of 4 packages. When I went home and opened it, I only had 3 even though the label said 4. I called the pharmacy right away and they said they’d look into it. They call back and said “well our photos show 4, double check you didn’t lose it.” I know I didn’t, I just opened the bag and counted 3 multiple times. First time in my life using CVS. They charged me 4 times the price I have paid for the same prescription at Walgreens and Osco. When I asked why the cocky female Pharmacist gets loud says she can't do anything about it because she doesn't own the pharmacy. I say ok I'll call my insurance like she suggested, then she loudly and still being rude says "people want to leave crazy and nasty reviews " I said it's not about being crazy or nasty it's about CVS charging 4 times the price.
