I had trouble filling my prescription at another pharmacy, and without this CVS knowing that they worked through the issue and filled the prescription, going above and beyond and even personally called me to let me know there was a delay, but would get it done properly as the doctor had prescribed. My wife is a pharmacy tech, so I understand what she goes through, and I want to say thanks for a job well done and APPRECIATED!
The phone system to get to actually talk to someone is atrocious. But. That being said. The staff is very kind and patient and friendly. I had a problem with getting a script sorted for my daughter's medication and they were very patient and helpful the whole time. Even though I'm sure the constant back and forth calls were annoying. I've always had a pleasant experience dealing with the staff here. They rock.
The associates there in the pharmacy are very nice. They pretty much have it down pat any more!
I find the pharmacist and staff always kind and helpful.
