Switched from Walgreens for a better price. Prices keep rising here now? Better service lately.
If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would!! I’ve never had anything but problems with them. Pharmacists seem kind, but quite a few unprofessional and judgmental staff members. They couldn’t even transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy correctly.
I was in line just minutes before closing and once the clock struck 8:00pm, Elaine (the mgr) looked at me and said they were closed. I replied that I was in line waiting prior to 8:00pm and she said “but now we’re closed”. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and would never have treated someone like that, especially as a manager. I switched to this pharmacy given the convenience of being in Target and shopping there often, but tonight it was clear that they have very different service standards.
