Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too.
