Last Friday, a staff member called me to say that the medication I needed was available and that I could pick it up immediately. When I arrived 10 minutes later, the staff member at the counter told me that they didn't have my medication at the moment. She told me to come back the next day (Saturday) to pick it up; I asked, "Will you send me a text message?" She said, "Yes." However, I didn't receive a text message from CVS on Saturday.
