I received a pneumonia vaccine at this CVS pharmacy this morning. Dr. Jiang, who speaks Mandarin Chinese, administered the shot and provided excellent service; a female staff member wearing glasses also provided outstanding service. I had a very disappointing experience at this CVS. When I arrived to pick up my prescription, I was told it wasn’t ready yet and was asked to wait. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, the staff finally told me that the prescription toothpaste was actually out of stock. It was frustrating that they didn’t check the inventory before asking me to wait so long. If the medication wasn’t available, they could have informed me right away instead of wasting my time.
