The virtual assistant on the phone is terrible. It is worse than the previous one. It talks too much and too lengthy. I can't never get to a refill part as fast as the old one. I prefer the old one where I can press the number button to get to do what I need. Please get rid off the virtual assistant.

They are only not even one star , they should be lest than zero stars , they never let us know when the prescription ready when it is ready , they never calm , and when we calm they don’t answer ,, when we go there to pick up the prescription, even if they don’t have cucumbers , they said ((( I will be right with you ))? And they keep us waiting and waiting and waiting
