So my husband and HAD TO TRANSFER our meds to CVS due to insurance. Tech Willow we dealt with was rude and would not answer my questions I had. Once they got our info they would not deal with us any more. Fast forward I have been trying to get my meds refilled. Who ever. Talked over the phone kept saying we still working on it. My husband and I went on 09/05/26 to find out what was going on. Got my annual covid and flu shots today at CVS. Easy to schedule and easy to obtain.
