Very slow to pick up the phone most times we call there is a 10-15 minute wait. Comparing prescription prices, CVS drug prices are 6 times higher in price than other pharmacy prices. Check around before you put down hard earned money at CVS. I really don't believe it is possible to contact them by phone and talk to someone, which forces me to go in person and enquire. Waited 20 minutes in line before I gave up. Employees are making small chat acting like there isn’t a line
The employees are great. Good luck if you want to speak with someone on the phone. Their phone tree is a nightmare and completely worthless.
The only good thing i can say about it is that they have awesome employees. The wait is too long most times, they have made mistakes w our insurance a few times, the location is a nightmare to get in and out of (that particular target is never not-crowded and surrounded by round-abouts that get backed up badly.) I live 2 minutes from them, it always took me more than an hour to get my scripts. I have since switched to Walgreens.
