Friendly people but very difficult location to access
I wanted to give a specific shout out to Tory! We were having an issue getting my script transferred from mail order to her retail location and it was taking WAY TOO LONG. They happened to have a medication that I could not find anywhere else. Tory did not just blow me off or give up, she found out that somehow CVS had two profiles for me and one had the incorrect phone number. THAT is the one the script was transferred to. Thank you so much Tory! CVS - this person deserves a RAISE 👏
Horrible , Usually 45 minutes , to a hour , No matter what time you show up there . Lines are ridiculous . I will Not go there again , Do Not Recommend .
We’ve used this as our pharmacy for almost 5 years. The line is long sometimes but that’s just life. I’ve never experienced a rude employee from the pharmacy. They have been helpful and provided good customer service. I’ve appreciated them solving problems with insurance as well.
