This store has really improved. My order was correct and ready, the line was not long and someone offered to help me right away!

The pharmacist (Susie) has always been friendly and has assisted me with many challenging insurance procedures. The staff at the counter was very pleasant and was working two registers in an effort to expedite the line. Today was a 10 out of 10.

The employees that you have in the Petaluma McDowell store are very nice and helpful. The employees one thing I notice most s there is never enough employee to help everyone. I usually get there it 1 cashier and sometimes 2, but their is always something we need and they are too busy to take time away from the paying customer. (s). I think if you get all the shelves stocked and had more employees you might make a comeback.
