Terrible service tonight...was sold a scrip that I didn't order. When we drove home 2 blocks away and realized we didn't need it, we called to return it (factory sealed in boxes, never touched) and was told we couldn't. Is that because it's the written policy or "oops, sorry for your bad luck" policy? Poor job, Ms Craig. I am extremely disappointed. Thanks for the Christmas spirit! We'll be looking elsewhere. Caveat Emptor at Store #5183.
