I always get really great service when I shop with the cvs on battleground ave. every employee is very friendly and helpful. I just wish their coupons would not expire so quickly !!

Terrible service. I feel this is cultural with this Pharmacy, as it’s usually leadership that shapes it. The lady that rang me up on this transaction, which is attached should tighten up. I don’t know if she chose me specifically to give half rate service, or if it were more broad. I will transfer my stuff elsewhere. I’m sure no one will care... if they did they wouldn’t be so half assed in their approach with customer service Poor execution- boo!

We went into CVS to pick up a few items. As we were paying at the cash register the cashier, not sure if she was a manager bled all over our items!! She continued to hold a bloody tissue in her hand as she scanned the items. She went to the side to clean herself up so i thought. We left and I looked in the bag...blood was every where! We went back into then store and she acted as if nothing happened. We asked for new items, she gave a weak 'sorry' and tried to put our items in the same bloody bag. The supposed manager who was working on 4/29/18 at 5:15pm told me that I had to take my emailed coupon and go and get it printed out on paper to be able to use it. I left everything behind and went to the new cvs on old battleground further down the street and they were able to scan that same coupon perfectly fine. I will no longer use the store at your location when you have people working there that are unwilling to try and help customers and instead approach people with a bad attitude right off the back. So disappointed.
