The CVS store staff is great. Never an issue. The pharmacy is a different story. Their staff is the true definition of being there just for a paycheck. Incompetent, slow, unapologetic. I am always asked my name and birthdate 2-3 times despite me spelling it slowly. Then they always say I don’t have insurance despite me giving them my card. I always have to call my insurance company which calls CVS and CVS says “yes this was an error on our end” OVER AND OVER.
