The CVS store staff is great. Never an issue. The pharmacy is a different story. Their staff is the true definition of being there just for a paycheck. Incompetent, slow, unapologetic. I am always asked my name and birthdate 2-3 times despite me spelling it slowly. Then they always say I don’t have insurance despite me giving them my card. I always have to call my insurance company which calls CVS and CVS says “yes this was an error on our end” OVER AND OVER. Lucas and the rest of the staff there are great! They know you by name, answer questions and are very knowledgeable.
Automated phone is useless. Need to talk to people not a machine tbat keeps telling me they are having trouble and to call back later .
