They were not open at 9am today. They were supposed to be. The pharmacy tech was hiding in the back while I and others waited. At 9:15 I asked a target employee to check. He said the pharmacist wasn’t in yet so they can’t open. I came back at 10:15. It was still closed. Different customers were waiting. They had no idea why it wasn’t open and hadn’t heard from anyone. Worst pharmacy on earth. They do not listen to the customer at all. Tell them im paying cash for my prescription and they won't order it because they don't have insurance on file. Now I get to have a week gap in my medication because they don't understand people still pay using their own money. Completely useless. Ill go back to Walmart after they fill this one.
CVS makes it impossible to speak to an actual human now. Most unbelievably frustrating phone calls with a million runarounds and just when you think you might actually get to ask a human your question it hangs up on you instead.
100% unable to speak with a pharmacist or live person in pharmacy. You will go through all of the recordings and then when it says it's connecting you it hangs the line up automatically, every time.
