Because of insurance changes, I have no choice but to use CVS. EVERY time I need a prescription or refill. For whatever the reason, I have yet to go in without issues.
Got out the doctor had them send my script to CVS and when I get there they decided to close at 5 because of the weather. But Walgreens is still open. So since I work early and get home late won’t be able to get it tomorrow but by then I won’t need it. I’ll never go there again. There was people standing outside confused. The pharmacy staff are really great but whoever fills the prescriptions needs to go back to school!! For the second time in 4 months they shorted me 30 capsules on a 60 capsule prescription!!
Went in to buy an item in their circular. The shampoo was sold out except for the one for color treated hair or curly hair. I have neither. I went to the employee on the floor and asked if a rain check could be given. Apparently she didn't know and directed me to the cashier who then called the same floor associate to ask what to do. The manager finally came to the register and brought conditioner and the same unusable shampoos, but no rain check. I asked when they would receive more product. They said next Wednesday. Would give zero stars if possible. Lied to by 2 employees in the pharmacy. Manager did not even offer to resolve the problem created by his own store. He was more concerned about image and asked me to leave the store. Don't worry I will never come back. Called corporate and reported all 3 employees. Called store to inform them of this and was hung up on by the manager. Called corporate to report that as well. Hope your job was worth it. You look a little old for unemployment.... big mistake.
