Okay for starters they lost my prescription 3 TIMES and the last time before this I even DROPPED IT OFF and ca,e back hours later and said they haven't received the prescription. Today my child's doctor even called them and they said its sold over the counter and and it dont even take the insurance but my child's doctor told me she didn't even tell them what it was yet so why would they even know if they lost it?? My doctor said insurance DID cover it and its NOT sold over the counter 😂😂😂 so mad. hate cvs. Done.

received flu shot and didn't feel a thing!!! all pharmacy staff are friendly and efficient. asked if Mrs H was coming for her shot. asked if we needed omega 3 refilled since it was time. They care about custimers!!
The last few times I’ve used them it’s been a terrible experience they get my insurance wrong that I’ve been using for years, they send messages that your prescription is ready for pick up and there is always a problem with it. I’m totally fed up!

Went to the CVS in Cleveland,TN pharmacy tech Eugenia, must of been able to tell I was feeling awful! Offered me water so I could take my medicine right away. I really really appreciate that makes me much more happier with choosing CVS with such caring staff!
