Straight up lied and said my prescription wasn’t covered because they wanted to go home 45 minutes before they closed.Made me pay full price !Only for me to call my prescription insurance and they told me that they ran it through for the right amount but pulled it back and ran it instead for full price. My insurance told me to come back to store and get my refund. So when I did return I told the manager what happened and she pretty didn’t care and told me oh well they closed. The pharmacy needs more help... I encountered a long wait in the pharmacy Drive-Thur window... I Know the car ahead of me was there for over 20 minutes... I couldn’t imagine what was happening. Finally when I reached the window I asked the clerk what was happening with the car ahead of me. The customer was requiring about the cost of his meds and whether or not if coupons could be used . They need more staff on the pharmacy. Very busy with drive ups , phone calls, and in store customer. I was happy with Kroger pharmacy but my insurance forced me to use CVS.
