The other night I drove to pick up my prescription at CVS on Kempton Street New Bedford MA and it was AMY working the night shift. She that doesn’t know how to fill my script and usually pisses me off because she is so rude. In the past She has actually hung up the phone on me while I was still talking. make the lines move faster
don't bother this place sucks. Worse customer service I have ever encountered at any pharmacy. I will never go there again.
medication is almost never ready even though auto service says it will be. the line for the pharmacy snakes all the way down the isle. the techs look like theyve been through war and just gave up caring. yo7 cam tell the new ones because they are still pleasant and smiling. Come on corporate office...treat your staff and customers better and hire more people.
This place is so slow and some employees are just rude.
Horrible Pharmacy! I never had a problem with this pharmacy until recent months.Prescriptions never filled within a reasonable time or at all. My Doctor sent over a script at 10am and it still hadn’t been filled at 7pm. They once told me my child’s prescription wasn’t covered that I would have to pay out of pocket when we had active insurance coverage.
