Dalton Anderson needs serious customer service training. When I went through the drive-thru to pick up two prescriptions, I tried to tell the tech but she walked away. Dalton came back with one prescription, and when I told him I had another, he rudely said, “Next time you have two prescriptions tell me in the beginning. I had a disappointing experience at this pharmacy. When I asked the pharmacist to apply, my Caremark insurance, they were rude and said they "don't have all day to do this." Instead of correcting the issue when I pointed it out, the pharmacist told me to go to a different pharmacy. This was my second negative experience at the same location.
