I love the CVS at the Canton Mart location!! Excellent service and knowledgeable staff!! The pharmacy department is the best and make sure I understand everything about my medication etc…. Thank you CVS!!!
I went to CVS for a scheduled vaccine appointment. When I got there, they told me that they were out of the vaccine. Someone should’ve called me, prior to me arriving at the store for my appointment. This is totally unacceptable.
This area has become increasingly dangerous with bums hanging around outside. The security patrol is spotty. There is never enough help, I worry about the accuracy of my prescriptions.
They don’t know how to communicate with customers or doctors or other pharmacy’s. Been trying them for 3 hours for them to help with new medicine. Not sure who needs to see this for them to do something about this pharmacy that does not care about their customers.
I had new insurance and had transferred my prescriptions and we had to navigate the pricing and the young lady that helped me was very patient and helpful. It was really a super smooth process and I appreciate her taking care of me. 💯💯
