Took over a week to fill a monthly prescription so I tried to get it filled at Walgreens but they blocked it claiming it was filled here. Said over the phone and app I could pick up, then when I went to do so they claimed there was no record of the prescription. If this was true, I’d be able to just do it at Walgreens which I couldn’t because of them. I don’t understand the need to lie, but I won’t be coming here anymore.
Wow they really work their employees. Turnover is crazy. Everyone seems SWAMPED all the time. The one pharmacist that has been there forever, Nick, is an amazing, helpful, caring, happy human.
Terrible experience. Lady was rude and, when correctly called out for violating HIPPA, snapped back at the customer.
