Awful service terrible poor communications from the person behind the counter. Would not recommend this pharmacy right now as it’s undergoing renovations and seems very short on stock. And don’t rely on the CVS app for appointments and stock verification. It apparently doesn’t talk very well to the actual pharmacy computer (did not get my appointment and did not have the vaccine in stock anyway). Much better to go to Carrboro cvs in Carr Mill - better personnel behind the counter. Or Walgreens in Environ way also quite good ... read more
I stopped in here years ago when touring/visiting UNC's campus, to pick up some snacks and other travel supplies. I've been to more than my share of CVS's all throughout the east coast, and this location still stands out as one of the most clean and presentable stores the chain has to its name.
I’m been picking up medication at this CVS for the past 4 years. Phil was my favorite pharmacist, he knows exactly what to do and what’s the right price. He adjust the prices using different coupons. He goes above and beyond to get ur medication at the price u need. Today when I went to pick up my medication, a lady told me it’s going to be $400+ for the same medication that I paid for 4 years which is between $60 to $80. Right away I know that no one has look at my medication and adjust the price using the different coupons... read more
