Terrible experience. Lady was rude and, when correctly called out for violating HIPPA, snapped back at the customer.
I called at 11 to make sure my prescription was filled promptly. I went in at 4:30 PM and had to wait an hour. Before this, there was a shortage on my prescription so I had to skip several days and they still couldn’t figure out how to get me my prescription on time.
Awful service terrible poor communications from the person behind the counter. Would not recommend this pharmacy right now as it’s undergoing renovations and seems very short on stock. And don’t rely on the CVS app for appointments and stock verification. It apparently doesn’t talk very well to the actual pharmacy computer (did not get my appointment and did not have the vaccine in stock anyway). Much better to go to Carrboro cvs in Carr Mill - better personnel behind the counter. Or Walgreens in Environ way also quite good ... read more
I stopped in here years ago when touring/visiting UNC's campus, to pick up some snacks and other travel supplies. I've been to more than my share of CVS's all throughout the east coast, and this location still stands out as one of the most clean and presentable stores the chain has to its name.
