This is a great pharmacy. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It’s rare in today’s world to find a store that consistently provides excellent service with a great attitude.
This is by far the best CVS pharmacy i have ever been to, and because of my medical condition, I've been to a lot. I was there picking up like ten prescriptions, and they were so professional and helpful. Then I had two prescriptions that had issues, and she went out her way to assist me in getting things straight and even called my doctor. She was the first CVS pharmacist that I was ever able to get to return my call. This will definitely be my home pharmacy now. Thanks!
If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. The staff are wonderful, the wait time is minimal, and the service is excellent.
Stephanie the pharmacist used to be so friendly and kind. Recently picked up an rx and had a question. Couldn’t even get my question out of finish my sentence before she spoke over me and then walked away. Never coming back to the Urbana pike location. Very disappointed. At least the person who was checking me out was friendly and after she so rudely walked away he answered my question fully. Thank you to the cashier!
