Stephanie the pharmacist used to be so friendly and kind. Recently picked up an rx and had a question. Couldn’t even get my question out of finish my sentence before she spoke over me and then walked away. Never coming back to the Urbana pike location. Very disappointed. At least the person who was checking me out was friendly and after she so rudely walked away he answered my question fully. Thank you to the cashier! Came here to fill a prescription for my grandmother, who was visiting from out-of-state. The pharmacist I spoke with was helpful and professional. She helped me connect the paper prescription I gave her to my grandmother's account. The pharmacy then prepared the medicine in a timely manner.

This CVS has absolutely the most dedicated staff!! They have fixed so many errors, caught things, helped me so much…they really go above and beyond. I had kind of given up on CVS but they changed my mind.
