Absolutely Horrible. The Pharmacy service has done nothing but gone down hill with no signs of improvement. Meds not ready when they say they will be, never have my blood pressure meds in stock and always a fight to get them filled. Even called them in a week early and I still have to go without until they get it figured out. I am moving my scripts and will never go back.
what's the purpose of calling in EARLY, asking for pick up time of the next day at 3pm. getting there at 5pm & needing to wait!!! they arent filled! this has happened too often lately. I'm checking for another pharmacy. transferring prescriptions on the agenda. plus, one time the gave my husband the wrong prescription! if I wouldn't of questioned things out after he was home & wondering why his meds cost more, hed of taken something that wasnt his. frustrated with this pharmacy. never used to have issues
Cvs is a joke. My daughter was prescribed a cough medicine by an emergency room physician. It was Tylenol with codeine and the pharmacist refused to fill it. The kid has been coughing for about 3 weeks now and we have given her everything under the sun to suppress the cough to no avail. If it was a big deal, why would the emergency room doctor give it to her? Supposedly they called the ER and another doctor cancelled the prescription and said the take Delsum. I don’t buy that.
We went in to get her meds. Had expired work insurance info on file instead of Medicaid. After going on wild goose chases between their pharmacy, Medicaid phone calls and the doctors office, it was confirmed that it was their mistake. It took an Mhs rep from my daughters doctors office to fix their mistake after running around for a week and as a result I have expired medicine.
Nope. Used to have my meds all set to refill at same time. When insurance made me go here, that changed. Never seem to have scripts complete at same time. How do they have 5 or 6 people in pharmacy, but have nothing completed? Told manager I was done. I refuse to use them again. Not to mention, everything else in the store more expensive than anywhere else.
Used minute clinic misdiagnosed and told me I needed to go to hospital immediately that I had severe pneumonia. I went it ended up being bronchitis got a breathing treatment and antibiotics then went home. So now 2 bills to pay not a happy camper.
I quit CVS about a year ago I was so irritated with the customer service. I went to mail order but when that stopped I went back to CVS thinking maybe they changed and they did, for the worst. went through the drive through was told only part of my scripts were ready would have to park and wait which we did for an hour then they were almost out of one of them and I would need to come back Tuesday for the rest. yippee get to deal with their incompetence yet again
Its just horrible to get a Rx. Maybe its a staffing issue... but it can take well over a day to fill an Rx...picking up is a whole different story. One that i can still be talking about and the line for the drive thru or the store
