Why in the hell are yall doing covid testing through the pharmacy drive thru now. I came for my meds and the line was insane at this location. This makes no sense. if you wanna do covid testing then set up a separate tent.. I am not one bit happy...
I can't ever get ahold of anyone on the phone. yesterday I was on hold for 30 mins twice trying to get through to someone. i gave up the second time.
The pharmacy staff was WAY helpful on my visit. Helped me synchronize the timing of my prescriptions, check through pricing options and was very friendly as well.
Not always customer service friendly. Will have you waiting for a long time in drive thru... just to tell you they don't have enough to fill prescription without options of when they can have available.
