You send me a text my meds are ready. I get there and you tell me it's a new med (which it's not) and tell me I can't have it because the pharmacist isn't there. Then why did you send me a message it was ready for pick up in addition to what if someone was picking up my medication? Would I have to get out of the house to go get it? Waste of time and gas.
