It's ridiculous that I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot only to show up and have to wait OVER AN HOUR for my flu shot! The staff was not helpful and if they had told me when I checked in it was going to be an hour then I would have left.
What good is a 24 hour pharmacy if I have to stand in line for like an hour to drop off a prescription to the one guy that's working the counter? This isn't a fluke. It isn't an occasional thing. It isn't "oh Steve called out tonight". This is a regular occurrence. Get more people working in the 24 hour pharmacy to do 24 hour pharmacy things and get my business back.

Train your pharmacy tech people better . I have had to come back yet a second time in another hour because the bored lady I saw the first time didn't feel like doing her job
