Need new management. Left the pharmacy years ago. Went back today and still seems like a complete mess. Wanted a flu shot and was told they don't take Blue Cross for shots. HUH???? One of the largest insurers in the state and you don't accept it. No wonder there's a line out the door at Giant Pharmacy. Better service faster.
They mess up EVERY prescription .. from sending home amoxicillin powder unmixed to forgetting entire prescriptions to today where I prescription from 5 hours ago still isn’t filled bc “they didn’t come in on time” .
Worst customer service I've experienced in years.
Horrible!! Can NEVER get a prescription right the first time!!!
Friendly, helpful people there. The store was clean.
