Took me 4 trips through the drive thru to get my prescription filled now they constantly robo call and text my phone. Go somewhere else
Instead of handing out 3 feet of coupons every time I shop for 1 or 2 items, maybe ask me if I want printed coupons in the first place. Save the company some money on cashier's tape and stop printing so many coupons. Go mobile!
Sincere suggestion. Don't let people wait for prescriptions in the drive thru. If they're dropping off, make them go to the end and wait.
They screwed up my prescription for a second time. When I pointed it out, I was told I didn't need to come back. Rude staff, Pharmacy has too many mistakes. I won't be going there any more. I advise you to check and double check your RX so you don't get poisoned.
I wanted to sincerely thank John, RPh for helping my 5 yr old son get the medicine he needed a half hour before they closed on Saturday night. My son has pneumonia and was running a 104F temp, we definitely would have been in the hospital that night if he didn't get his medicine. John, RPh helped us when the IHA Health System failed us. Thank you! My son is well now and hoping to be back to 100% tomorrow!!
They need to get some people with good manners to run the customer service windows in the pharmacy! Rudest girl ever!
Worse case of customer service I ever seen. I ask for a photo folder and female manager looked and said I could get at checkout. So she wanted me to carry them separate to a dirty counter. Then instead of the $20 in photos some junior cashier tried to rig it as $35. Waited in line for over 10 minutes to only have The another incompetent female manager rudely fumble her way through the process.
