They shorted my meds and wouldn’t give me the amount they shorted me I’m livid! I’m curious has anyone else been shorted meds there? If this isn’t corrected tomorrow I’ve been advised to contact the police department & the Tennessee state Board of pharmacies, I’ve already gotten all their info to file a complaint if I’m not given the reminder of my meds! CVS Minute Clinic got me in and out quickly! Great service.
I had a prescription with 2 refills. I called the refill in, go to store and they say oh the date was changed to next week, hay, I have 1 pill left (super anxiety attacks). Second month called in refill, went to pick up when they said was ready and was denied again. This time they blamed it on Express Scripts. I called Express Scripts and they said they should have refilled my medicine since they were sending my new prescription in 9 days. I've always gotten my flu shot here in the Fall and again this year. They always are fast and the pharmacist is always gentle with the shots.
