Go to a different Pharmacy you have a better chance of getting your scripts filled
I find it ridiculous that after 31 mins I still was not acknowledged on the phone line for a question regarding my daughter's recently filled prescription. There has to be some Service Level Agreement that you need to abide by. At least be respectful of all and answer with a "Hello, we'll be with you as soon as we can." I tried to hang on and see just how long it took but just couldn't handle the horrible piano music anymore and waste more of my time for a simple question that would take 2 minutes. I walked in to pick up a prescription because I received a call that it was ready. There were 4 people in line ahead of me. One woman was taking care of the drive through window, one young man began to wait on one of the customers and two other women plus the pharmacist were behind the counter. The women were studiously ignoring all of the customers waiting to pick up prescriptions. I waited for 1/2 hour and then I left, disgusted.
