Rihanna in the pharmacy was rude in the drive through. Gave dirty looks and snide comments about the wait time. Why is drive through wait an hour but 15 minutes if you go inside???? What is the point of drive through? Complained to supervisor about her comments and attitude and he was just as rude. Will never use this pharmacy again.
This CVS has some of the best employees ever. Every time I go into this store I get hellos. I live and work at Highland Pointe Apartments just around the corner and really appreciate the convenience of CVS. Dutch, the manager, is always smiling and very helpful. Trish is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I enjoy going over just to visit. Horrible service, super slow, management "Jessica" has no clue on customer service and my family will never spend another dime in a cvs pharmacy.
