Worst customer service I have ever received. Choose a different pharmacy at all cost. Asian clerk talks down to you and hates her job. Didn't have a clue on how to help or resolve an issue with a prescription getting sent to a wrong location. Zero stars!
This CVS pharmacy has become incredibly frustrating to deal with. My K* prescription was always prepared one day before the prior fill date, but this month they suddenly refused to release it until the exact date — with no explanation and no transparency about whether it was insurance or a CVS policy change. Instead of answering a simple question, I was just told, “It will be ready on the 28th.” Even worse, my R* showed in the app as “ready for pickup,” yet I was told I had no refill for another 20 days. Amazing crew and fast service, I just love this pharmacy!!!
I have personally tried nearly every pharmacy in Highlands Ranch and I have to say that in my opinion this one is the winner. The people are courteous, they refill medication automatically, they proactively refilled one of my medications as soon as it was available which blew my mind after other recent pharmacy experiences, and the hours are decent.
