RecommendedVery friendly and efficient
CVS on Phelan is such a nice store with lots of good sales and inventory. The ladies up front are super friendly. I live in the neighborhood, so this is my go to store.
After picking up meds I told the pharmacist that I needed a script filled. Upon handing him the script, he quickly handed it back and said it was written wrong and started to close the window as I was trying to ask him why. He was very short and said that I needed to call the doctor and get a new one. All this was said while the the window was being closed. He then walked away. Absolutely horrible service!
Where to begin. My prescription is on auto refill & it is never ready when I fo to pick it up, leaving me to wait 15-20 minutes every time. I was once a Pharmacy Technician, so I know how everything works. However, even the customer service is horrible. I will be looking at transferring my prescription elsewhere.
I will never use the CVS PHARMACY on Phlean in Beaumont every again. I have been there over an hour waiting for my transplant medicine that I need. Only had 1 person working the inside, drive-thru, and answering the phone. After waiting she tell me my medicine is not there. I show her the CVS app showing her it was delivered at 12:35. Another 30 minutes go by and I'm still waiting. She call the manager and asked was a package up there for pharmacy?? The manager come back with the medication I need and the pharmacist swear up... read more
Every time I need a new script/refill I get a text notification saying it’s ready. When I get there to pick it up, it’s NEVER ready. So incredibly frustrating and the staff overs NO apology. �
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service (Phelan location in Beaumont, TX). I was on hold for 13 minutes before someone answered. I told her what I was calling for, I was put on hold again for a total of 30 minutes, I hung up because I was so mad and tired of waiting. No excuse. My request would have taken less than 5 minutes of her time. Not my first unfriendly experience and if it wasn’t for me having to call in regards to my job duties I would avoid this place at all cost!
If you don't want to support our veterans, that is your choice. It is my choice for me and mine to no longer support you.
