The CVS team at target Balltown Rd. Niskayuna ny. Todd Kim and Jeff are totally amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are beyond helpful kind and caring. They addressed any concerns about the medications or the Vax. They call you right back and give me a great response. I feel confident and safe with this amazing team. Please commend this team and let them each know I am so thankful to them all. I wouldn't go anywhere else but CVS at target. Sincerely and thankful Margaret Miller.

My sister had emergency surgery this past weekend. Her discharge didn’t happen till a tight half hour before the pharmacy would be closing. We couldn’t get anyone else to pick it up for her. We were going to be 1 min late. She called them from the car and had to leave a voicemail. We just knew no one would get back to us in time. It the pharmacist on duty, Jeff, DID return our call. I’ve been coming to this Pharmacy for several years and have to say, Melissa Davis is the absolute best. She is always friendly and incredibly knowledgeable but recently my 6 year old was struggling with taking medication and went above and beyond for us. His pediatrician was incredibly dismissive and I was so frustrated. Melissa has always been amazing, but this was a time I just really needed help and she was there. We are very lucky to have her as our pharmacist.

I wish I could remember the name of the pharmacist who helped me the other day. My insurance isn’t great and didn’t cover a medicine that I need. She spent extra time even though it was close to closing to help me. She looked for alternatives and coupons. I really appreciate the effort to get me affordable care.
