We haven't spent a penny at Target since they rolled back DEI last February. But we keep our prescriptions here and we keep coming back, because the staff at the pharmacy counter is just amazing. We feel like they know us. They're professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The only down side is having to walk through Target to get there, but that's not the fault of the pharmacy!
I have been coming here for years until a few days ago. I will never come here again. The employee was so rude. This was the worst experience. I had called in the day before Thanksgiving to ask if they could hold my prescription as I got the text alert that there was only one day to pick up. I wished I could give it a "0". I normally get top notch service but not today. I tried calling the pharmacy a handful of times as I never received a text, indicating that my prescription is ready. When I called, AI tried to help and indicated that there is no prescription. I called my doctor and she told me that she placed the order 4 hours ago. Both pharmacists, Ivy and Trang, were both extremely helpful and informative when receiving our medications and immunizations. They made sure to efficiently refill our prescriptions so all of our medications arrive on time, and expedited our prescriptions if we travel. They also keep us updated on our immunizations and ensure the best quality of care every time we visit the CVS section of Target. Additionally, they work quickly and resolve any clerical issues without any issues.
