I am in Wichita for 2 weeks, for work training and was unable to have one of my meds filled in my hometown before I had to leave. I called my doctor on Monday morning to have it sent to this CVS location. I called the pharmacy first thing Tuesday morning to see if they had received it and if ready for pickup? I knew it was in fact sent on Monday cause I got the notice from my doctor that it was. On a Monday afternoon/evening I went to drop off my meds and pick them back up, and to drop them off there were 4 sets of people in front of me, and to pick them up there were 5 sets of people in front of me, and 6 sets of people behind me when I finally was able to get my meds. There was ONE pharmacist there (Frank), and she was was *exceptional* . She worked with urgency, kindness, and efficiency. She doesn't even normally work at that location, she's a "floater pharmacist", a job position undoubtedly meant to -supplement-... read more

Everyone working at the Pharmacy went above and beyond to make sure I got my refills in a timely manner; the RX needed updating, 24 hours later things were ready and I was back on track.
