Waited 5 days for them to transfer prescriptions to walmart on geer road. They aparently faxed it to walgreens and kept telling me they faxed it walmart. Will not recommend as their customer service sucks
RecommendedIt they need to do some weed work. Can’t even see the corner sign at Geer Rd & Monte Vista it’s so overgrown!
The absolute worst place to get prescriptions filled- waited for over an hour passed when they said it would be ready- told to wait because they had to work out insurance for the 3rd time- then the pharmacist goes out to lunch - horrible customer service- go somewhere else if you can!!
CVS cannot seem to get the point that we don't want to make a 5 mile drive to pickup each prescription. We have asked if they could have them all ready to pick up at one time. Nearly a year later they are "still working on it" .This week alone I have received 3 texts at different times to pick them up. And if you don't pick them up same day they get "bitchy" for lack of a better word. When I got the text today for prescriptions I was on a bike ride. I'm I'm about fifty percent satisfied with the pharmacy department! The rest of the store is excellent
I don't like that CVS' pharmacy, on Geer in Turlock, isn't open 24 hours anymore. Nobody's going to like the change. What will they do in an emergency? What about those with MediCal, like me, who can't go to Walgreens, because they don't accept it? Now, I'm left with questions. Thank you, CVS, for making it a little harder. At least you're open longer than the pharmacy at Target, and that's something. Something beats the hell out of nothing!
The day I went there was nine people waiting in line just to drop off I waited there 18 minutes and the man was still talking to the lady about the different sizes needles for glucose instead of asking for help he just let us customers wait I immediately left and went through the drive-thru and he was still talking to the same lady how embarrassing CVS Pharmacy you need more customer service help
