Store #2990 My father called at 11:44AM to refill a prescription and the person who answered was extremely rude and sounded angry that the refill required Doctor’s authorization and then hung up on Papa while he was asking a question. Luckily, I heard all that rudeness because Papa had his cell phone on speaker. I am appalled with the lack of Customer Service and to say you are in the medical field. Shame on you!
Called in to get a prescription refilled was on hold for 15 minutes the 1st time call back and was on hole for 20 minutes worse system ever
Love the pharmacy and everyone who works there. But after what I witnessed today definitely rethinking locations. Sorry guys.
