This pharmacy is such a joke. You call in 1 refill, when you go pick up there’s 2 or 3 scripts. None of them are the one that was called in. Are all the CVS’s this bad or is it just this one?
Staff is helpful, prices are decent for most items.
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible customer Service! I called tonight & the woman who answered the phone with an abrupt "yeah?" was so rude! Asked to speak to the pharmascist & was too busy, when I asked about my prescription, she would not check my account until I insisted! Then told me she didn't know & hung up! Worse Customer service!
Very poor customer service. The pharmacy tech literally threw my paper prescription in my car window at me as I was filing away hospital discharge paperwork for my dog who is critically ill. Waited 30 minutes as instructed only to come back and be told it was not a med in stock. I won't be returning.
45 minutes waiting in line in the drive thru. That's unacceptable in my book, especially at 8:30 at night! I don't know if they're understaffed or what but this has been going on for months now
This pharmacy just, within the last 5 minutes, refused to allow my 4-yr-old daughter to use their bathroom. Yes, my 4-yr-old daughter. Wow.
The pharmacy is completely incompetent! They are slow, even when you ask how long they are off by half hour! Find a different pharmacy, I am!
