Enforce the mask policy. It’s selfish of CVS and others to put others at risk during this pandemic... If you aren’t enforcing the mask policy why even have a sign. Take it down so we know what businesses aren’t enforcing so we can avoid...

They are extremely rude in the drive thru pharmacy!!! Anna the attendant was very rude!!! People who are sick or have just had surgery go through to either drop off or pick up a prescription. That type of position should give some kind of compassion. People are in pain or have a long term illness that requires medication. Sometimes people are not feeling so well about themselves. I use CVS only because I HAVE TO as dictated by my insurance company. They have confused my orders, given me incorrect information time & again. They re-filled a prescription for pain medication multiple times when I had not requested a refill. A pharmacist’s task is crucial. They cannot make mistakes. Are they overworked? Underpaid? I call to confirm my scripts are available, only to arrive and have them tell me only 1 has been filled. I’m not a happy customer. I’m not only an unhappy customer. I’m a worried customer

Major props to this store for being one of the only stores to stay open through Harvey and not only stay open but, they stayed completely stocked with everything. David, the store manager was the only person working the register at the front and he did an absolutely amazing job with making sure things ran smoothly and got through the VERY long line as quickly as possible, all with having a great attitude and a smile on his face. That man deserves a promotion and a raise.
