Every single time that we come to this pharmacy there is always a problem. Every single time. I beg you find another pharmacy. Terrible service. They send a text telling you it’s ready. It’s not. They don’t have enough medication, so they don’t bother filling it. Very unprofessional.
Absolute horrible customer service. Do not go to this pharmacy no matter what you do. I have never had such horrible customer service and encountered such judgemental people my life.
I have never had such bad service as I have here. Had to switch pharmacies because of my insurance. First time here waited more than 30 minutes in the drive thru line. This time I called in my refill with pickup time 630 and it's not even filled yet.
Get more staff to help at the counter especially in the evening. Have more help to answer the phones. The wait time is horrible.
Just wanted to thank Brandon for the excellent customer service! I only needed to grab something quick so when I realized I forgot my purse I opted to just try and make due with the change in my car.. I was less then 20 cents short and he told me I was all good, that people leave change all the time. Honestly petty as it may sound I went in a bit embarrassed but I left appreciating the fact that Brandon didn't make me feel like less of a person for paying all in change and being a little short..THANK YOU THANK YOU!!
