Their check in process is so ridiculous. I've been to MDNow many times, but it still seems like every time they make me scan my cards and enter all my information. Why can't they simply have me confirm the information that's been the same for 10 years??? Plus, of course, the receptionists don't offer to help, just hand you an iPad. And then you photograph and scan front and back of DL and insurance card... And then you still have to manually type in the information.
