Encountered three horrific encounters there, especially one with the supervisor named Rachel, As one of their reps told me they gave my medication to somebody else by accident, before they cleared that up, which is a major HIPAA violation, In addition to being extremely rude and hanging up on me multiple times.
This CVS is inside Target store. Staff is fine but there is a policy that you cannot pay for anything but prescriptions at the register. Examples: antacids, bandages, cough drops etc. I understand why. They should have two lines one for just scripts and one for both.
New update now 24th 2025 Again there are issues with the prescription The pharmacy can't understand my prescription order and send request Back to provider to clarify on SAME medication I have received for years. I think they are either very unprofessional or doing it hard for me on purpose!
