RecommendedI was at CVS on 208 Elm Street today, and felt my blood sugar dropping. I couldn’t get out of my car and be comfortable waiting in line and finding them, etc. I went through the drivethru and Hailey/Haley (not sure on spelling). I told her what was happening and that I needed the glucose pills but didn’t think I could make it physically in the store. She ran to grab them quickly and made sure I had them. This afternoon I had a very nice experience at the CVS in Westfield on Elm Street. I went in to have a prescription refilled for the next 3 months. The pharmacist (Ashley) asked if I knew it was going to be $150. I told her it has been $75 for a 3 month supply since I started taking it in September. Ashley asked if I had a smart phone with me. I'm very upset today. My meds were to be ready but something got messed up and I NEED THIS MED. Well come to find out they were supposed to call my doctor with any problems and did not call.WHY DIDNT THEY CALL??? I DONT KNOW!!!!!So my med is being faxed AGAIN to CVS and my meds should be ready in about 1 hour HOPEFULLY:) They have peoples lives in their hands,and that needs to be taken seriously.I'm so upset this happened.
