Improve hold time, I spent 45 minutes on hold trying to speak to someone, than got disconnected. Than spent another 30 min on hold and still holding.
This place is the worst, you wait forever for your prescriptions to be filled. Everything is completely unorganized. I literally waited in line behind ONE person for 15 minutes to pick up a prescription only to find out it wasn’t ready because the pharmacist didn’t understand the information that the doctor left...ummmm why wouldn’t you call the doctor immediately to find out the correct information?
