Failed to return multiple voicemails about a RX their system texted they couldn’t fill because it was too early and already picked up when neither were true. Can’t solve on app. Can’t get through to a human and have to go through a labyrinthine process with a robot (via voice and not touch tone so it always misunderstands your response). After a lifetime it will let you leave a voicemail. Staff says they “never got” multiple voicemails even though I have the call longs and call time and blood pressure spikes to prove it. Very please with how great and welcoming the staff are. Very attentive and patient even when they are overwhelmed with demands , they always find a way to sure I received my products in a pleasant manner. I observe great teamwork all the time !
The gentleman that assisted me to the appropriate seating area, asked for my birthday and know and ask insurance information was very professional and approachable. Everyone has been very nice and satisfying to interact with throughout my experience.
